In the spring of 2009 over a cup of coffee, long-time friends, Tom Tricamo and Dave Wolf, began the discussion of buying a home to rehab.
At the time, both were fully immersed in their corporate careers but had dreamed of starting a company of their own. Tom, who had grown up renovating historic homes with his family, and Dave who worked in the construction industry, believed they could make a go at rehabbing a home. A few months later they purchased their first home to rehab and Rocklin Group, LLC was founded.
Fast forward to the spring of 2012. After having success with buying and rehabbing homes one at a time, they began researching ways to grow their business. First, they both became licensed real estate agents. Then, they began networking with real estate investors. Eventually, they learned about HomeVestors of America, Inc. and decided to purchase a franchise to help grow their business in the St. Louis area.
Over the years. Rocklin Group, LLC has continued to grow. Our focus then and now has been on helping our clients move beyond ownership of a property that has become too much to handle. Our reputation as fair, honest, knowledgeable and reliable home buyers have been the standards on which we began and continue to hold ourselves
